I've always suffered with mild back pain since i was a kid due to slight scoliosis. It wasn't until i had my first child that the back pain became worse and worse every day. I was in 10/10 pain in the last 3 months. I decided to try a chiropractor and was led to Abundant You. After my first adjustment, I cried like a baby on the way home because of the relief I felt and the pain being completely gone. I am so forever grateful for Abundant You and the team. They have changed my life!

I took my grandma here she is 81 years old. They are amazing people and helped her with her back pain. She wasn't able to walk very well and she was going to appointments every week and did her exercises they gave her, and those helped her a lot she is pretty much back to normal now. Abundant You Chiropractic & Wellness is hands down the best chiropractor in Columbus, Ohio! From the moment I walked in, the staff was polite, kind, and welcoming. At first, I was hesitant to sign up for the sessions, but after completing seven, I couldn’t be happier that I did. They offer workshops that helped me understand how the body works and what vitamins are essential for better health. They also provide customized exercises based on your condition and at-home tools to maintain your progress. Even at 24 years old, my X-rays revealed postural imbalances that I wasn’t aware of but were affecting my day-to-day life, like back and neck pain. Realizing that taking care of my health now can prevent future issues has been eye-opening. Even if you have current physical conditions considered checking them out and see how they can help you. Super kind and friendly staff! Open and clean environment. The whole staff seems to really care about you and your health! Lots of different exercises and equipment to use according to your individualized needs. A schroth ladder and excellent exercises for those with scoliosis. Would definitely recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about the Abundant You team. My 3 month old son has struggled with gas and constipation since he was born, leading to many hours of inconsolable crying and terrible pain. He also started to develop torticolis and was having a lot of neck pain and stiffness. After every adjustment, he is immediately so much better, passes a bunch of trapped gas, and can move his neck much more freely! His adjustments have made a world of difference, and he can focus on playing and developing instead of pain and suffering. Thank you so much team, you have no idea how much you’re appreciated!

As an intern at Abundant You, I had the opportunity to work alongside a team of dedicated individuals who strive to provide the best care for their patients. Upon starting my internship, I was immediately welcomed as a valued member of the team and have continued to feel supported throughout the summer. The office environment is incredibly welcoming and each team member is focused on the well-being of every patient. The chiropractors are knowledgeable and compassionate, always taking the time to understand each patient’s unique needs and create treatment plans accordingly. The doctors educate patients about their spines using x-rays and discuss how they will work together towards a healthy spine. They use a variety of tools on patients, including the y-strap, neck traction, inversion tables, vibration plates, and more. I have learned so much during my time here and would be confident in recommending Abundant You to anyone seeking chiropractic care.

Dr. Kevin, Dr. Ali, and the team have been a RICH blessing to my life and so instrumental in my healing journey. I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Colon Cancer and Hashimoto’s year before last but not simultaneously. Towards the end of chemo and after a few huge surgeries/procedures I was in a great deal of low back and hip pain from being sedentary during hospitalizations. Additionally, the chemo I received made me so nauseous and uncomfortable. As a physician I knew the importance of maintaining my health so I sought out the team. I told them about how I could hardly stand up for 10 minutes lightly clean or even play with my twin daughters. My neck, numb and sore from surgeries related to Hashimoto’s would make it difficult for me to sleep well at night. The care I received has definitely increased my quality of life. My posture has improved tremendously. My lower hip and back pain are gone and I give my girls a bath without pain as well as clean up my whole house. My neck mobility has improved a great deal. My indigestion and nausea is gone and might I add that any adjustment I received after chemo always helped me feel better sometimes not even 1 hour after I’d leave the office. I have not had post nasal drip in over a year and I have not taken Claritin D in about a year either. I could literally go on and on but seeing is believing so please do your body a huge favor and make an appointment. My pre and post chiropractic adjustment x-rays showed so much improvement. The hours are flexible and the environment is amazing. The staff really care about the patients. They really focus on treatment and rehab and not those quick adjustments you get at places like Joint Chiropractic. They really take time to educate you and have so many resources for all things health and wellness. Payment plans are affordable and communication with them is superb. I have suffered from back pain most of my life until I started treatment at Abundant You Chiropractic. I was educated about my diagnosis and shown everything on x rays. The treatment was personalized and tailored to my needs. In addition to the office visits I was given a lot of advice on what I can do at home to improve my condition as well. They also took follow up x rays to track my progress, it was nice to visually see the improvements that their treatment made. I really enjoyed this holistic approach Dr. Kevin and his team took to treat my back problems. Overall, this is a great facility with very knowledgeable doctors and staff. Everyone is very personable and treats you like family. I would highly recommend.

This is the absolute best chiropractic office in Columbus Ohio! After previous horrible medical doctor experiences elsewhere, they explained the process in detail and answered all my questions. My neck and carpal tunnel syndrome is finally fixed! Thank you so much! I'm finally back to work and living pain free!!

I'm glad I chose Abundant You. I sustained a left hip/groin injury this past January, and while at times I thought it was all better, I kept aggravating it, and couldn't understand why. After the first adjustment appointment, the relief was nearly immediate on the table, but the next morning is when I knew I'd be going right back to their office. The morning aches and pains of previous injuries were virtually gone, and while training jiu jitsu, I felt a positive difference in hip mobility. I've begun powerlifting again, and feel a lot more stable. Definitely worth it as an athlete!

I can’t recommend Abundant You enough! Dr. Kevin and Dr. Ali are both incredibly knowledgeable and kind. You can tell they are passionate about what they do. Under their care I’ve seen a bigger difference in my back pain than anything else I’ve ever tried.

Abundant You Chiropractic and Dr. Kevin Sarich are great. This is a very comprehensive method of treatment that differs a bit from traditional chiro care. Of course you will get the manual adjustments but additionally, expect a rehab treatment program that is personalized to your particular needs. The Y axis adjustment is also one of their specialties for those of you seeking that type of adjustment. Also, the charismatic and caring bedside manner of Dr. Kevin will make you appreciate his care.

We've had a great experience with the staff at Abundant You. You never feel rushed, as they're always willing to take their time to listen to concerns, talk through recommendations, etc. I love that they do muscle work in addition to standard adjustments. Our family has found relief and improvement relating to TMJ and scoliosis. Highly recommend!

I was skeptical anything could be done to fix my neck and back issues but my wife signed up for the program and kind of nudged/forced me to do the same. I've been in constant pain dealing with my neck and back for around 16 years now and basically only functioned with the use of muscle relaxers to help with the pain. Now for about 9 days straight now no pain and I'm actually able to work out and take walks again, it really feels like I'm taking back control of my life. But definitely a great investment and I'm going to do a follow up post once I've completed the full treatment program.

I originally found Abundant You Chiropractic online for my 6yo who was complaining about his neck after a sledding accident. I read they were great with pediatric care. I would have to agree with that. I drove 50 mins to come here and now myself and my husband both go here. I grew up getting adjusted and I have never been adjusted and cared for as well as I am here. They have strait forward business practices, they truly understand the importance of health and well-being all around and I truly feel as if I am in great hands.
