What fantastic customer service and I didn’t even spend any money there. I ordered an item that I wasn’t sure would be suitable. I was called within 15 minutes to say unfortunately it would be a month til it cane into stock. The conversation turned into a discussion about the suitability of the item
for my Dad and the man gave me a honest opinion of the product, the pros and cons & how, after hearing about my Dad’s condition, suggested it probably wouldn’t be suitable and suggested other options, none of which would profit first mobility.
A company that genuinely wants what’s best for disabled people rather than just selling anyway. What a genuine, trustworthy company with fantastic morals.
Processed my refund whilst I was on the phone and I got immediate email confirmation. I will certainly go back to this site again.

Bought a Karma vip2 folding tilt in space wheelchair for my wife who has Parkinsons and dementia. The help and advice I received from Dominiq was excellent, so much better than other companies I contacted. We certainly made the right choice as the wheelchair suits our needs well. It came next day delivery and was easy to assemble. So great service, great product and a fair price.

Being asked to choose a Wheelchair for someone - when you are lucky enough to have never had to use one, is a daunting prospect, I didn't have the first idea where to start,
I need not have worried - having been recommended to First Choice Mobility, I was lucky enough to have my enquiry answered by Geoff - who clearly knows a thing or 3 about Wheelchairs, and their associated bits.

I had unfortunately lost the use of my mobility scooter at the start of the Christmas holiday period due to replacement wheels being needed at short notice. I purchased a set of wheels from First Choice Mobility but was not aware that they were closed over the Christmas Holidays which initially was frustrating as I am physically disabled and housebound and rely heavily on the help of my husband to leave our home. However my frustrations were eased considerably when they reopened and Daniel made contact with me. Daniel went above and beyond to get my wheels to me asap despite the dreadful weather and its restrictions it caused. Daniel kept me fully informed constantly so I was aware what was happening and even offered a discount which was a wonderful gesture. The customer service provided was 100% , they really do go out their way to help you. I have complete faith is using this company again. Thank you.

Very understanding customer and grateful for your kind words
After purchasing a wheelchair from this company last year, I needed to make a claim on the manufacturer's warranty. Their customer service was very helpful, telling me exactly what they needed from me and acting as a go-between with the manufacturer to get a replacement part sent out very quickly after I sent the initial email.
After this experience, I would definitely feel safe to purchase from them again and would highly recommend them to anybody who is in need of mobility equipment.

Absolute delight to deal with this company from start to finish. I wanted a specific wheelchair cushion and emailed customer service. I had an immediate response by Dominiq who required further information to help me. I was able to purchase the exact item I required and I was advised on when delivery would be (It was quick). I was very impressed from my initial enquiry to payment and delivery.
