After purchasing a wheelchair from this company last year, I needed to make a claim on the manufacturer's warranty. Their customer service was very helpful, telling me exactly what they needed from me and acting as a go-between with the manufacturer to get a replacement part sent out very quickly after I sent the initial email.
After this experience, I would definitely feel safe to purchase from them again and would highly recommend them to anybody who is in need of mobility equipment.

Absolute delight to deal with this company from start to finish. I wanted a specific wheelchair cushion and emailed customer service. I had an immediate response by Dominiq who required further information to help me. I was able to purchase the exact item I required and I was advised on when delivery would be (It was quick). I was very impressed from my initial enquiry to payment and delivery. I would certainly use this company again and am going to share my experience with family/friends who may want to purchase specific items from a mobility company.

Bought a very expensive chair bed from them and have got a problem with it, I had already sorted a plug that came out stopping the back from working. It makes some banging noises and I rang for help but they want to charge to visit as I didn't take the warranty on it but it is only a few months old and I assumed that the first year would be covered and the extra fee was to extend the warranty. Stay away from this firm they sell and run.
I recently purchased from First Choice Mobility Ltd., a part for my recliner chair, which I was unable to source in Ireland.
My order was processed and dispatched very efficiently and the company have an excellent customer service. I would highly recommend First Choice Mobility and would purchase from them again.

I can thoroughly recommend First Choice Mobility Ltd. Due to a problem I had when trying to purchase a spare battery for my Power Chair, using my PayPal account, I contacted their customer services. I was immediately put through to one of their representatives by the name of Andy. He was extremely helpful and solved my problem in no time at all.
