Avoid at all costs Booked flights, within 30 minutes they emailed to say they could not confirm my outward flight, I requested that they cancelled the return journey as I couldn’t get to destination so unable to return, this was confirmed over the phone and by email. 20 days later still no refund after daily emails and calls to them, they keep saying wait 3-7 days every time I have contact, why did they take the money in the first place when the flights were not even confirmed. BEWARE, once they have your money they will not refund!!! This was no fault of mine!! . I still have no refund and am down £156, I have now had to do a charge back on my credit card which I am so upset that I have had to do as they took individual amounts for each flight so not sure if a chargeback will be accepted as the flights individually were not over £100 each
