The rental car was listed with incorrect specifications on the eDreams website. Even after the booking was completed, the same inconsistent details appeared on both the booking voucher and the portal. Customer service showed no interest in resolving the issue and simply redirected me to the rental company, which was not at fault. Despite sending multiple screenshots clearly highlighting the problem, my issue was repeatedly ignored. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. I can only recommend avoiding this company—I certainly will in the future.
