just plain fraudulent. i made a single booking. was charged for a year prime subscription. i called for refund and cancellation. they said its impossible to refund. i let it go. a year later. they went ahead, and charged my card for another prime subscription. for a website i never visited after my last call about the refund and cancellation. i see why theres a lot of negative reviews about them
