Stay away from this company!!
eDreams utterly failed to update my return flight after the airline changed it. I spent two weeks abroad chasing them – first they said they couldn't reach the airline, then told me to wait for an update. They called me once, I missed the call, and since then they've blamed everything on "no response from me."
Now I'm stuck in a foreign country with my wife and kids and still no flight back. Also, I was tricked into a yearly subscription I didn't want. They said I could cancel the membership within a month – turns out it was annual and non-refundable. This feels like a scam. Stressful, misleading, and irresponsible.
Never using eDreams again.
