Why is your service the absolute worst I have ever encountered? It's utterly pathetic! Getting a refund is an impossible nightmare, even after cancellation. You're quick to deduct money without warning, but when I ask for my money back, it takes two weeks and all I hear are the same old meaningless phrases like 'we will contact you back.' There's never any email confirmation, no return calls. This company is nothing but a bunch of scammers, just deducting money and pocketing it!
To anyone reading this: Be warned! You are being exploited. You will find them impossible to contact. They will intentionally make the resolution process complicated, difficult, and drawn-out until you simply give up out of sheer frustration."
