Horrible Worst experience ever! Run do not walk away from this company. I find it astounding that they have the absolute gall to have a recording on their phone line touting their amazing customer service, what a joke. Ordered a storm door on April 15th and was promised 4-6 week lead time. Installer finally came on July 3rd with our new door. No communication whatsoever in the 3 months we waited. Needless to say, door was damaged. Was then promised a "hot rush" on the reorder. Still no communication from their "amazing" customer service team. Well here we are August 18th and they have finally come to install our new door. They did not even have the decency to schedule us as the first install of the day, nor did we ever receive any sincere apology or concern over the situation. Of course the new door is not perfect, small chip on inner corner and scratch on bottom frame but there is no way are we waiting another 2 months so shame on us but we are taking the door. Absolutely no renumeration had been given for our inconvenience and the "manager" never even bothered to return our call. We lived without a door for 6 weeks as the installer removed our old door without inspecting the new one. The most unprofessional company we have ever dealt with. Whole heartedly do NOT recommend this company.
