Waste of time and money!
Terrible experience, my flight got cancelled and they kept on telling me to contact the airline for a refund. The airline said edreams needs to request a refund. I kept calling an fighting with edreams all I know is that they have sent the request and have informed me that it can take up to 3 months for airlines to give the authorisation for a refund. We are in month 3 and nothing. My advice always book with the airline. 3rd parties like edreams are a waste of time and money!!!
