E-dreams isn't worth it
I've booked a flight with E-dreams on 25th June, from London to Boston. I've filled up all the informations requested, double checked it and finished/ paid my booking.
For my surprise when I've checked my details on the app my surname was not entirely there, as I have double barrel surname Iglesias Modolo, I've noticed only "Iglesias" was there. I've contacted them in June asking to get this corrected, I've provided my passport image, and just today they've contacted me saying that they received a feedback from the airlines informing that I would have to buy a ticket again and would receive a refund from the first ticket I've bought, only after 2 months. Which make me wonder "why have I paid for a travel agency like E-dreams when I don't have any assistance from them". I strongly advise anyone to buy directly with the airlines. E-dreams will only deceive you to "sponge out" your money.
