eDreams and AIRASIA scammed me .
Booked a flight via eDreams with AIR ASIA . Flight was cancelled on morning of the flight which was later in the day. With their cancellation email AIR ASIA gave options for credit , change of flight and refund.I had to book a flight with another airline for earlier the same day to get to work the next day . Tried to get a refund but the AI robot told me I had to get it from eDreams . As my agent they refused a refund and kept making excuses . No refund or compensation for added costs and inconvenience.
